I first met @alicialini in Chicago last year, her winery @lini910 makes high-quality, dry Lambruscos. I had a great deal of success with them when I used to work retail.

🥂 The Metodo Classicos offer insane value for money especially the rosé. The 07’ Rosso Lambrusco Metodo Classico is a one of a kind, aged red sparkling wine that was just divine with the Parmignano Reggiano.

🍇 Of the classic Lambruscos, I prefer the rosé which has a great string of acidity and is perfect for hot summer days around the barbecue – especially considering it comes in under US$20.

🛢️ Lini also produces Reggio Emilia DOP Basalmico that needs to age for at least 12 years in the barrel. I could drink it like liquid candy!
